Refunds & Return Policy Due to the custom-made nature of Lalelei products, refunds are limited and offered only under specific conditions. • Eligible Refunds: Refunds are available only in cases of garment defects or errors caused by Lalelei. • Non-Refundable Situations: o Incorrect measurements provided by a third party o Delayed delivery by the shipping company o Change of mind after order placement o Differences in perceived color/shade or fit o Garments that have been worn or are not in original condition • COVID-19 Considerations: Orders will continue to be processed during COVID-related disruptions; however, the 50% deposit remains non-refundable even if dates are adjusted.
